My boyfriend and I just bought a Jeep from Reels and it was an amazing experience. All of the workers were very friendly and helpful. They showed us that they really care about their customers and making them happy, unlike a lot of other places. Also, their vehicles are clean and in good condition. We have recommended them to friends and family looking for vehicles and will continue to do so. We are beyond excited about our new Jeep. Thank you again to the Reels team, you guys are amazing!

I took my little sister to buy her first car from a dealership! The entire place is friendly and comfortable from the leather couches to the staff! Michael at Reels Auto was amesome! This is the place to go if you don’t like pushy car sales people. He was kind and funny and really seems to enjoy what he does! A great place that I would highly recommend!

thank you to everyone here at the chardon location for being super personable, vulnerable, and honestly just super down to earth. my boyfriend bought his first truck from here and i was super nervous at first with my knowledge on salesmen and dealerships, but i was proven wrong when walking in the building. the woman at the front desk was absolutely amazing and sweet and just a joy to talk to and our salesman giovanni was super cool and VERY personable. he didnt treat us as just another customer or trying to steal a deal, he treated us the way im sure he would want to be treated. he was so understandable to our situation and didn’t put any pressure on us or make us feel uncomfortable. for being 19 and how he carries himself at this place, it says a lot about how the place is run. i definitely recommend people to at minimum take a look at this place when looking for their next car. thank you so much everyone!!!

f you are in the market for a quality used car and don't want the nightmare experience of dealing with the typical big lot car dealer/salesman give Reel's a chance. Jennifer in sales was great and the owner Dan was like doing business with a family member.....no stress and no BS!!...give them a chance...I'm glad I did.

My son bought a vehicle at another dealership. He was worried that it had issues. Reel's was kind enough to look over his entire vehicle for him. They did a thorough check on everything for him and they were super friendly and accommodating. I've heard nothing but good things about this dealership. They are honest, fair, and very reasonable with pricing on a great selection of vehicles. Soon they will open another dealership in Chardon on the corner of Rt. 6 and Auburn. I would definitely recommend Reel's to everyone. This is exactly what Chardon needs.
